When my class went to madison(Wisconsins Capitol) we went to this history museum, and there was this plastic cow because Wisconsin is the dairy state.

Do you have a club penguin acount?
If you don't have a google account you could use an anonymous user then put your name under it or you can make a google acount then you can post a comment.
To make a google account you have to go to google, then to sign in. Go to create an acount which should be under the words Don't have a Google Account? Then fill out the form and you should be done, but remember not to lose your password and user name.
